Defa je iz prvog parcijalnog osvojio 17, drugog 16, seminarski 20, bio je prisutan na casovima, dakle 10 bodova, i na završnom je osvojio 19. Koju ocjenu će Defa upisati u indeks?

Whole text of ticket (for special guests)

Well, i already submitted a ticket which didnt result in a way that I have expected. Maybe I have to give more details. See, i was farming vario bears in rainbow waley, and when I was about to release the bear I didnt want in my pet stash, I made sure the bear was selected. In the pet window there was a bear picture, who was common, no skill slots open, no skills, lv1. I clicked release. After a confirmation message: Are you sure you wish to release the pet?, I clickey YES. But, somehow, besides vario bear, my brand new, yesterday bought, zod pet, PISCES, with 2 zod skills, capri and leo, were gone, released... So, after ONE clicking at release button, and CONFIRMING it ONCE, I saw 2 lines of messages in system: You lost pet You lost pet (thats how i named my pisces) Please, is there a way to get the pet back... I know pet stats by heart if that can help you see in the logs...

I really dont have clue. But am really dissapointed now, after 4 months saving for pet, after i just bought it, to lose it in such a manner. I dont think no one, especially me, even by acciedent, especially if not spamming, or fast clicking, would have released that worth pet. I liked it, thats why i bought it, and why would i release it? It just dissapeared from my pet list...

maybe the time when it happened would help...
it happened on day after maintenance. Maintenance was in morning, and it happened around 15:00 hrs... that day... maybe that can help you...

PLS, let me have my pet back... :(

Releasing pets is a standard game mechanic, and if a pet is lost, even a zodiac pet, due to being released we can not return it. We will research the issue to see if we can verify any bugs in the releasing system, but until we have proof that this happened we will not be able to return your pet.

Dear sir or madam,

I am making final contact to confirm the situation. As I understood, You can return the pet, but You will not, until You prove there is something wrong with release mechanism. Is that correct?
Lets say, it was my fault, and I accidentally released pet which did not want to release, and then contacted you, your answer would sound the same?
Is there anythin I need to do, in order to solve this problem in a way that would please me as a user of Your services, or only the customers, zen buyers, are able to get support the way they expect?
I think I have clear record, no complaining made about me, was clean and nice player. Most important, I never did, nor even thought of scamming any other player. While some people break lots of rules, I play as a normal user.
And don't I deserve a chance? It took me long to accomplish what I have, and it is a pity to go back to beginning.
Being a user instead of customer is related to my country and no billing services. However, there is a chance for me to make a purchase through my family members living abroad. If that can help bringing my pet back, I am willing to that too.

So, what I am asking is, will You restore my pet if I make purchase, or my pet is gone forever?
